University of Chicago 2004-2006 I received my degree in "History, Philosophy, and Social Science of Science and Medicine" (HiPSS) and this is my bachelor's thesis. Topic: restrictions against applying Photoshop to images published in scientific journals. For a "Theories of Media" course, I contributed an article to the Chicago School of Media Theory Keywords Glossary. Topic: the semiotic triad "symbol, index, icon" created by American philosopher Charles Peirce. "Jallianwala: Yesterday and Today." While studying abroad in India, I wrote a paper on the memorialization of the site of an infamous pre-Independence massacre. "Olympic Gender Testing: A historic review of gender testing and its influence on current IOC policy." Group-written term paper for Biology of Gender course. University of Wisconsin 2002-2004 For the term paper of a course on classical Indian art, I looked for classical themes and conventions in the contemporary fine art photography form Indian artists.
